Your tasks You plan, organize and coordinate international trade fairs, Customer Days, Open Days and other customer and company events, and ensure their professional implementation From conception to stand construction, logistics, hospitality and technical infrastructure to follow-up with budget control, you are responsible for all trade fair and event activities Together with the marketing team, you develop trade fair and event concepts and ensure a consistent brand appearance in accordance with Corporate Identity – worldwide at trade fairs and at the headquarters in Rüti, where you also take over responsibility for the showroom and visitor areas In close coordination with Export, Field Service and the technical departments, you organize the worldwide transport of machines, exhibits and materials for timely use You coordinate internal departments, Brückner Group companies and external partners and service providers, and ensure smooth processes You always keep an eye on budgets, deadlines and registration deadlines; take care of advertising materials and presentation materials and support the marketing team in other projects You also organize recruitment fairs and internal employee events independently and contribute with commitment to other marketing projects and campaigns Your profile You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in a comparable function, the federal certificate of proficiency in foreign trade is an advantage Negotiation-secure German and English language skills in word and writing Very good user knowledge of the MS Office range and experience with relevant SAP modules Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills as well as a professional appearance Pleasure in working with different internal and external stakeholders Team spirit, a positive personality and the willingness to actively contribute – both professionally and personally Our offer to you Responsible and varied tasks in a small and dynamic team High scope for action and design in an international environment State-of-the-art workplace with sun terrace and nearby sports facilities Your contact person Katrin Azghandi looks forward to your application!
