Then you might well suit us - even if you are not a certified bicycle mechanic. YouMo is a Swiss company in the field of electric bikes and cargo bikes. We assemble XCYC cargo bikes, repair various electric bikes and provide repair and spare parts service for Go SwissDrive systems. To strengthen our team in Rapperswil-Jona, we are looking for a technically competent and reliable person immediately or by agreement. What awaits you with us • Repair and service of electric bikes • Assembly and replacement of mechanical and electrical components • Installation and disassembly of motors and wheels • Assembly of XCYC cargo bikes, groups and individual structures • Spoking and disspoking of wheels • Troubleshooting as well as quality and final control Depending on your experience and interests, you will progressively familiarize yourself with more complex electric bike systems and repairs. What you bring For us, it is not your exact diploma that counts, but your technical understanding and your way of working. You should : • be technically and manually skilled • quickly understand new processes • work carefully and efficiently • act autonomously and in a structured manner • be reliable and capable of working in a team • master the use of computers and digital work systems • have excellent knowledge of German Experience with bicycles or electric bikes is an advantage, but not a condition. People from other technical fields are expressly welcome. Knowledge of ERP or Odoo is a plus, but not indispensable. The important thing is that you are comfortable with digital work processes.
