Carpenter CFC / CNC Machinist at 100%

The company, active in Swiss Romande in the field of carpentry, sheet metal work and roofing, is looking for a: Carpenter CFC / Machinist Hundegger K2i (m/f) Mission: Ensure that the CNC is usable Activities and responsibilities: • In constant contact with the technicians, the person in charge of the sizing machine must: • Receive and check wood deliveries for sizing • Manage wood stocks • Cut and check the cut on the machine as well as the proper execution of the machining • Prepare wood packages according to the standards or information of the responsible technician • Maintain the facilities and storage premises • Sharpening and precise revision of the machine • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and sizing machines To do this, the person in charge of sizing must be resourceful and inventive. They must know the functions and uses of the Hundegger sizing program. They must also have a front and side elevator permit in order to easily unload wood deliveries and other materials. They must know the use and maximum lifting capacity of the hoist in order not to overload and be able to calculate the weight of the packages before lifting or at least be able to estimate the load.
