We are offering you the position of: Temporary Technical Advisor at Marché de Sion store# To temporarily strengthen the Marché de Sion team and advise our clients and partners, we are offering a 6-8 month mission. You will be assigned various tasks: ## * Reception and customer advice in the Marché and by phone * Sale of products and spare parts (incl. Cross- and Up-Selling) as well as handing over merchandise to customers * Receipt and processing of requests and orders placed by phone, in writing or electronically according to the desired deadlines * Receipt and processing of merchandise returns, complaints and repairs * Support to maintain order, good presentation and good density of merchandise in the sales area of the store * Management of stored material and support for organizing customer events You will lead us to success if you: ## * Have a CFC as a heating installer or equivalent CFC in the building sector * Have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience based on inventory management and logistics * Have natural relational skills and an innate service orientation * Have experience with the SAP software and are comfortable with office work * Are autonomous, well-organized, responsible, dynamic and enjoy team work Are you on board?
