Co-Workshop Manager / Plant and Apparatus Builder (m/f)

To strengthen our client's team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Co-Workshop Manager / Plant and Apparatus Builder (m/f). Your challenge: • Cooperation with the Workshop Manager team in the leadership and organization of production, planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing orders (pressure vessels, plant components, pipelines, etc.) • Technical supervision and support of the plant builders • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline requirements • Participation in production as well as in the training of apprentices What you bring with you: • Completed training as a Plant and Apparatus Builder, Metalworker, or comparable technical apprenticeship • Professional experience in plant, apparatus, or pipeline construction • Experience in personnel management or willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Good knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MAG) and manufacturing technology • Organizational skills, teamwork, and high quality orientation Interested?
