The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future. It is responsible for the planning, construction, and operation of the entire infrastructure as well as many non-medical services of the Insel Gruppe AG. The Belp Hospital and Nursing Home is a modern, medium-sized operation of the Insel Gruppe with around 120 beds and a versatile infrastructure. The Facility Services area includes the cleaning of all resident rooms, geriatric rehabilitation, therapy rooms, offices, public areas, and the bed center. Also part of the FS area is the textile supply with its own laundry.
