Senior Project Manager

This is the contribution you can make • Lead, plan and coordinate complex ICT large-scale projects in the field of mission-critical infrastructure and air force systems • Be responsible for cost, quality and timely service delivery in the projects • Involve the stakeholders involved in the project (employees, sub-projects, clients, committees, bodies, suppliers, users, affected parties, public) and coordinate their concerns • Develop project-related quality assurance (project management/problem-solving process) and carry out necessary quality assurance measures (audits, reviews) • Create requirement profiles for the use of external personnel resources, as well as recruit internal and external resources • Lead and assess project employees on behalf of the line management What makes you unique • University degree (FH, Uni, ETH) with several years of professional experience or equivalent training; further education in project management / business informatics, certification IPMA Level C or higher, certification HERMES Advanced, Scrum Product Owner • Several years of experience as a Project Manager, proven leadership experience in line organizations, experience in change management, appearance as an experienced Project Manager • Several years of experience in leadership • Experience with agility (SAFe or comparable) • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
