Your new field of activity On our oncological ward with 30 beds, we accompany people during intensive and complex anti-tumoral therapies. You will lead a defined group of people, ensure smooth processes, and also take on tasks in direct nursing care. What awaits you <br /> • Responsibility for the personnel leadership and further development of the nursing team • Ensuring high-quality nursing and efficient processes • Close cooperation with specialists from various disciplines • Active participation in everyday nursing -- close to patients and the team <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Training as a Dipl.
