Sales Clerk / Order Processing (m/f) # Employment: 80-100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: various industry Publication date: 27.07.2026 Your tasks: • Independent processing of customer orders from entry to delivery • Creation of delivery notes, invoices, shipping and analysis documents • Organization and coordination of transports as well as selection of suitable freight forwarding companies • Maintenance and updating of all master data (articles, prices, customers) in the ERP system • Independent creation and tracking of supplier orders • Monitoring of stock levels, triggering of reorders and support during inventories • Interface management between technology, sales and logistics for the smooth processing of customer inquiries • Processing of customer complaints and quality assurance of all administrative processes • Support in import processes including customs clearance and transport coordination • Creation and maintenance of offers as well as correspondence with customers and suppliers • Collaboration on marketing tasks, maintenance of the company website and coordination of advertising measures • General administrative tasks and support of the management Your profile: • Commercial training with experience in order processing, administration or logistics • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems • Very good language skills DE + FR • Independent, structured way of working, high accuracy and sense of responsibility • Proactive, communicative and team-oriented personality What you may expect: • Exciting responsibility in the areas of purchasing, sales and logistics • Versatile and varied tasks in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment • Cooperation with motivated colleagues and direct exchange with the management • Short decision-making paths, room for independent work and modern infrastructure Are you interested?
