Federal Prosecutor (Cybercrime)

This is the contribution you can make • Conduct of complex international and intercantonal, sometimes media-exposed criminal proceedings in the field of cybercrime in German • Ordering of evidence collection, in particular coercive measures and submission of active requests for mutual legal assistance • Preparation of disposals concluding proceedings as well as indictments, complaints and statements in appeal proceedings • Representation of the prosecution before all instances • Technical management and coaching of the interdisciplinary procedure team What makes you unique • University degree in law as well as sound knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure law; attorney admitted to the bar or additional qualifications such as a dissertation, LL.M. or in-depth CAS are an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position at a public prosecutor's office or a court • Result-oriented, structured way of working combined with strong analytical skills • Resilient and assertive personality with diplomatic skill and strong team spirit • Confident appearance, good communication skills and leadership qualities • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and in English, passive knowledge of a third official language is advantageous What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
