As part of the continuous development and improvement of the estate management and our rental-related services, we are looking for a versatile, organized, and committed person to strengthen our operational team. The position combines housekeeping, laundry, and logistics tasks related to the preparation and follow-up of rental apartments, while participating in the general smooth running of the estate's infrastructure and services. Activity rate: annualized position representing an average rate of approx. 50% Reduced activity from April to September (approximately 20%) Sustained activity from October to March (approximately 80%), corresponding to the high tourist season Your main missions Organization/planning of housekeeping for rental departures on the rental platform Cleaning and preparation of apartments between stays Quality control of accommodations before the arrival of clients Management and replenishment of products and consumables Monitoring of stocks and equipment Participation in the organization of the internal laundry Coordination with external service providers during periods of high activity Monitoring of the reservation table and operational needs Logistical preparation of apartments (linen, equipment, consumables) Cleaning and maintenance of company offices and spaces related to the activity Participation in certain operational requests from the estate owners Contribution to snow removal Profile sought Holder of a driver's license Reliable, dynamic, and autonomous person Sense of organization and detail Ability to manage several tasks in parallel Comfortable with both operational and logistical work Good physical condition Team spirit and sense of service Sense of responsibility and quality Be ready to work in mountain resort conditions We offer A varied position within a small dynamic team A pleasant working environment in the mountains An activity mixing field work, organization, and operational management A growing structure with a constant desire to improve service quality
