Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing employee, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and versatile personality who enjoys practical work and is simultaneously willing to gradually take on additional responsibility within our craftsman team. Your tasks Your everyday work is versatile and ranges from minor repairs in our properties to the supervision of conversion and renovation work. This includes in particular: General repair and maintenance work in apartments and properties Carpentry work as well as repair and adjustment of doors, windows, shutters, and locks Assembly, adjustment, and repair of kitchens and kitchen elements Measuring, planning, and ordering kitchens as well as organization of the required material Technical clarifications during repairs and damage cases Assessment of apartments with regard to necessary work before re-letting Minor work and clarifications on radiators and heating valves Independent appointment scheduling and coordination with tenants Support and professional exchange with our internal craftsmen Supervision and monitoring of ongoing renovations and smaller construction sites Coordination of workflows and material requirements in consultation with the office Gradual assumption of additional responsibility as a link between management/office and our craftsman team In this role, you are not just a coordinator, but you also work actively yourself.
