Seniority Level Employee Occupational Category Electrical & Mechanical Job Percentage 100 % Job Type Temporary Reference No. PIL-EM-T-54228 Description ### For a successful company in the cable and line production industry, we are looking to strengthen our production team immediately or by agreement with a dedicated and technically skilled person as Machine Operator (m/w/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of various production plants, including extruder, coating, cabling, and winding machines • Provision of required raw materials based on production orders and parts lists • Setting and adjusting machine parameters according to production specifications and recipes • Carrying out and documenting quality tests and damping measurements during the manufacturing process • Handover of produced spools including complete production documents to the next process step • Carrying out cleaning, maintenance, and simple maintenance work on the plants • Collaboration in the implementation of 5S standards and support of a continuous improvement process based on shop floor key figures Your Profile ### • Completed technical or mechanical vocational training, for example as a plastics technologist, plant operator, or in a comparable profession • Experience in operating and setting up industrial production plants • Technical understanding and a self-reliant, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working • Willingness to work in a 4-shift system • Good German language skills in word and writing • Pronounced color vision; knowledge in the field of Lean Management or 5S is an advantage We Offer ### • A varied activity in a modern production facility • Regulated 40-hour week with planned working hours • Diverse training and further education opportunities • Staff restaurant and free parking including e-charging station • Financial support for a half-fare subscription and fitness and bath subscriptions • Collegial working environment with careful training Would you like to contribute your technical skills in a modern production facility?
