Activity rate: 70 to 80% Type of contract: CDI Start date: from 15 September 2026 Class: 13 or 15 according to the salary scale of the Etat de Genève Application deadline: 7 August 2026 Bachelor in social work (HETS), ES Social Educator Diploma or University Bachelor in a related field (in the latter case, one year of full-time professional practice in a residential setting or IGE is required) Foreign diplomas: formal recognition by SEFRI required (final decision) CAS Praticien-ne formateur-trice (PF), an asset Confirmed experience in supporting children aged 0 to 5 years Solid knowledge of young child development and their specific needs Good knowledge of the Geneva social and medico-social network Spirit of initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to various situations, contexts and audiences Good writing skills in French.
