The goal is a balanced, transparent, and efficient control of operations, beds, and outpatient clinics along the entire patient pathway in close interdisciplinary cooperation. It is the hub and focal point of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients regarding questions about registration and admission for a hospital stay. You will take on a central leadership role in Integral Capacity Management (IKM). In doing so, you will combine organizational skill with leadership strength and a strong service orientation. Your tasks ### • Operational and personnel leadership of the Integral Capacity Management (IKM) team • Supporting the IKM management in the further development of the IKM area • Ensuring optimal patient care and planning • Contact person for patients regarding questions about registration and admission • Efficient appointment scheduling in the Peri-OP and OP-Management area • Capacity planning of outpatient clinics • Patient-oriented disposition of beds • Supervision of the anesthesia outpatient clinic • Interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile ### • Leadership experience or proven potential to take on a leadership function • Completed training in healthcare at HF/FH level • Experience in disposition, OP, or capacity planning is an advantage • Organizationally strong, solution-oriented, and resilient personality • High social competence as well as strong communication and teamwork skills • Networked thinking, sense of responsibility, and an independent way of working • Good IT user knowledge as well as enjoyment of optimizing processes Your chance ### A versatile and demanding activity awaits you immediately or by arrangement in a modern and future-oriented hospital with a wide range of services. Additionally, you have the option to purchase 5 vacation days. Working hours ### The standard working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Service requests will be implemented if possible, and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
