In order to strengthen its Research team, it is looking for a part-time Assistant (60-80%) to provide administrative and operational support to a team of experts specialized in economics and financial markets. Responsibilities • Ensure the formatting, coordination of translations, and distribution of publications produced by the department. • Organize and coordinate meetings, mainly in digital format. • Create, update, and track various reporting and analysis tools. • Produce monthly reports from existing templates. • Provide daily administrative support to teams and respond to internal requests. • Collaborate closely with various interlocutors to ensure quality service. Profile sought • Commercial training (Business School, CFC or equivalent). • First successful experience as an Assistant, ideally in the banking, financial, or asset management sector. • Marked interest in economics and financial markets. • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office; knowledge of FactSet and/or artificial intelligence tools is an asset. • French native language and very good level of English. • Organized, rigorous, proactive, autonomous person with an excellent sense of service. • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality. #LI-BH1 #LI-Hybrid
