At Stiftung Puureheimet Brotchorb, we offer adults with mental impairments and/or addiction diseases a protected living and working space in a rural environment. With us, you work in agile structures (working circles) and actively help shape the further development of our social therapy. These are your tasks ### • Lively everyday accompaniment: You closely accompany our clients in everyday life on the farm and coordinate the interfaces between the living areas and the farm's own working areas (agriculture, garden, housekeeping, maintenance). • Process & reference person work: You conduct trusting conversations and support the clients through resource-oriented work specifically on the path to more independence. In addition, you lead annual status meetings and create individual needs assessments (IBB). • Intake process: You shape the first impression! From the initial telephone contact to personal interviews and admission assessments, you participate actively. • Medicine & networks: You take over medication administration and work interdisciplinarily with external involved bodies. • Living community (one weekend per month): At the weekend, you lend a hand in everyday life - communal cooking and eating is an integral part of living together (during the week, our "Kitchen" working area provides for physical well-being). Good to know - your working hours & on-call duty: ### • Presence time: You take on one evening shift per week (until 20:00) as well as one weekend shift per month (Fri: 16:00-20:00 / Sat: 10:00-14:00 / Sun: 16:00-20:00). • On-call: The position also includes telephone on-call duty (once per week overnight as well as on weekends). What you bring with you ### • Sound foundation: A completed degree in Social Work (FH), Social Pedagogy (HF), or a related field. • Specialist knowledge (advantageous): Experience in dealing with people with mental and/or addiction diseases is a big plus. • Personality: You bring high social competence and resilience, value independent work, and share our joy in communal everyday life. • Team player with backbone: You communicate openly and transparently within the team, can represent your views, but also support joint decisions. • Tools: Good PC skills for administrative work as well as a Category B driver's license (mandatory).
