As part of its strategic will to strengthen and develop its real estate sector and its portfolio, we are looking for a Collaborator ·e Real Estate Management (100%) Responsibilities • Support to the manager in their daily activities such as drafting rental leases and amendments, rent modifications, inventory, charge statements, as well as in establishing final statements and monitoring reminders. • Reception, advice and information to tenants, concierges, craftsmen and authorities • Processing of terminations and support for the complete rental process • Establishment and monitoring of work orders, quote requests and contract awards • Control and posting of supplier invoices • Establishment of tenant statements and their monitoring • Management and monitoring of damage cases Experience • Holder of a CFC in commerce or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in a similar function • Excellent mastery of French, with very good writing skills. Knowledge of German is an asset • Solid social and personal skills, with a high sense of responsibility • Strong customer focus, professional communication and ease in interpersonal relationships • Good knowledge of tenancy law • Affinity for technological tools and excellent mastery of usual computer tools • Experience with real estate management software, mastery of Garaio REM an asset CPVAL offers you a exciting activity with stimulating tasks, as well as a remuneration corresponding to the sought-after profile and first-class social benefits.
