Performance Manager

Performance management is responsible for an efficient and effective performance recording process. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Performance Manager. What to expect <br /> • You help to ensure high-quality performance recording and act as a direct contact person for the clinics regarding tariff and performance recording issues • You organize training sessions for performance recording, maintain performance packages in the recording system, answer clinic inquiries, process invoice rejections, and create performance statistics • You participate in projects to optimize performance recording as well as the introduction of the new outpatient tariff system <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You are familiar with the administrative processes of a hospital, preferably processes related to revenue, tariff, or performance management • You are a communicative personality who knows how to network and communicate at different levels • You have a basic medical or commercial education with professional or function-specific further training • Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is an advantage • You are characterized by a process-oriented way of thinking, a good understanding of cross-departmental connections, and a flair for (performance) statistics • Advantageously, you bring experience in tariff and performance management and are particularly familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP IS-H <br /> Our offer <br /> • We offer you a varied and responsible position within the Insel Gruppe • Through contact with the various contact persons, you feel <<the pulse of the Inselspital>> • Development opportunities on a professional and personal level <br /> Questions about the position?
