Portrait of the school/institution ### We are a neighborhood school in the Bümpliz district in Bern. Our vision is to shape school as a safe place - a vision that we have consistently pursued for five years. As a faculty, we have addressed this in various professional developments with topics such as social and emotional learning, bullying, dealing with boundary-crossing situations, as well as the Peacemaker approach. During the school year, we assess without grades and place great value on development-oriented feedback. Through structured cooperation formats and regular faculty events, we also strengthen the cohesion at our school. For a 3rd-4th grade class, we are looking for a teacher who is motivated to accompany students on their individual learning paths.
