At the same time, you will advise and support our customers with technical know-how and suitable solutions. You are enthusiastic about technology, innovation and direct customer contact. Area of responsibility:· Market processing and expansion of customer relationships in the field of device connection and connection technology Technical customer advice as well as support for the field service (by telephone, via MS Teams or on site) Planning and implementation of marketing and sales activities, product launches, training/seminars Observation of market and technology trends Interface to the Headquarter Determination of pricing and discount policy in cooperation with the supervisor Functional and personnel leadership of three product specialists Profile:· Technical basic training in the field of electrical engineering or electromechanics Further education in sales, marketing or project management is an advantage Several years of industry experience and good market knowledge Experience in technical support and/or in the sales of technical products Strong technical affinity as well as customer-oriented way of working Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and good English skills Perspectives: Look forward to an innovative working environment with a lot of creative freedom, short decision-making paths and a strong international network.
