You know the range, bring brand and trend awareness - and advise customers in such a way that they like to come back. HERE YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE ## • You advise our customers in the Kids, Stationery, Home & Lifestyle department - personally, reliably and with attention to detail. • You are familiar with the range, recommend suitable products and actively shape sales. • You contribute to visual merchandising, help with campaigns and ensure a high-quality presentation. • You support the customer card program and actively maintain relationships with our regular customers. • You work independently, in a service-oriented manner and contribute to the team. WHAT SETS YOU APART ## • You have completed training in retail and have professional experience in advisory sales - ideally with a focus on H&L, stationery or kids' products. • You know brands, trends and materials - and use your knowledge in consulting. • You work in a solution-oriented way, think along and show initiative. • You appear professional, are communicative and keep an overview even with several customers. • You have very good German - additional languages are a plus. • Deployments from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
