To strengthen our cross-location maintenance team in Luzern and Schachen, we are looking for a team member as a Maintenance Specialist by arrangement. Your tasks: Maintenance of the company premises (site, garden and winter service work) Supervising and monitoring external maintenance work on infrastructure and building technology Rectifying malfunctions as well as performing minor repairs on infrastructure and building technology Planning and carrying out regular inspection and maintenance work Training of apprentices Specialist in Facility Management EFZ (specialization housekeeping) Maintenance cleaning Participation and shared responsibility in the preparation of internal and external audits Support with preparatory and follow-up work for special events What we expect: Training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ (specialization housekeeping) with at least three years of professional practice in the field or Training in a related profession with at least five years of professional practice in the field Willingness to work at various locations Willingness to work one to two Saturdays per month as well as performing on-call or winter service one week per month High flexibility Independent and conscientious way of working High resilience and good physical condition Good oral and written German skills Driver's license Cat.
