For our new location in Biel (flexible from Mo-So) and in Solothurn (for evenings and on weekends) About the role As a Re4mer Coach, you are the heart of our studio. You accompany our customers from their first visit to the last repetition, ensuring a safe, motivating training experience and representing Re4mer Training with heart, competence, and enthusiasm. Your tasks Training & Coaching Conducting intro-trainings for new customers (introduction, basics, safety & technique) Greeting customers with active, personal, and warm approach Leading training sessions: Guiding, correcting, and motivating during training Individual support of customers considering daily form, needs, and goals Studio & Organization Studio control: ensuring order, cleanliness, and functionality of the equipment Doing laundry and ensuring organization "behind the scenes" Refilling and providing material Team & Development Participation in team meetings Participation in the training to become a Re4mer Coach as well as in internal and external further education Actively giving and receiving feedback (to team, customers, management, People & Culture) Advanced ösisch only required in Biel (Salary details are for 100% workload) jpidf6b85c6jm jit0730jm jiy26jm
