We wish to recruit an Administrative Assistant 100% / Insurance for a company in the field of international insurance. Mission: ## • Ensure daily administrative follow-up and proper management of files. • Monitor schedules and ensure deadlines are met. • Control statements and guarantee the accuracy of information. • Prepare, update and control various tracking tables on Excel. • Process and analyze numerical data with precision. • Manage correspondence, emails and various administrative documents in French and English. • Ensure coordination with various internal and external interlocutors. • Ensure the quality and reliability of the information processed. Profile ## • Excellent command of English, minimum C1 level. • Experience in insurance in Switzerland is a real asset • Very good mastery of Excel and ease with IT tools. • Strong ease with numbers and data. • Rigorous, organized person attentive to details. • Dynamic, reactive and autonomous profile. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
