HR Specialist HR Specialist (m/f/d) – Golfclub Breitenloo The Golfclub Breitenloo is a family-oriented private club near Zürich and features an attractive 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, restaurant, office, and Pro Shop. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent personality as HR Specialist (workload 30% or on an hourly basis) Your tasks Independent management of the entire personnel administration, including the creation and management of employment contracts, work certificates, master personnel data, and personnel files. Support in the entire recruitment process – from the creation of job descriptions and applicant selection to hiring and exit interviews. Organization and implementation of onboarding processes for new employees. Independent execution of payroll and hourly calculations as well as management of time management including exchange and coordination with our provider and management of the badge system. Processing of absences and insurance cases, particularly in the event of illness and accident, including the associated administrative processing. Advice and support for managers and employees regarding personnel-related and labor law issues as well as ensuring the correct application of the applicable contractual bases, particularly the LGAV. Participation in the development and implementation of HR projects as well as in the continuous optimization and further development of HR processes. Your profile Completed education or further training in the field of Human Resources, as well as professional experience in a comparable HR function. Sound knowledge of labor law as well as experience in personnel administration and payroll processing. Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a high sense of responsibility. Strong social and communication skills as well as a discreet and professional approach to employees and confidential information.
