Business Development Manager DE & INT (m/w/d) FMCG 100% You want to actively drive growth in a dynamic retail environment? In this role, you will develop central trade relationships in the DE area and other international target markets, combine strategic business development with operational excellence, and achieve tangible impact in the market with strong brands and Private Label solutions. What you will achieve You will develop and manage central retail accounts and brand/roster accounts in defined core markets and sustainably expand the business. You will be responsible for forecasting, pricing, and sales and promotion planning with a focus on growth and profitability. You will analyze sales, market, and competitor data and derive concrete measures to increase performance. You will sustainably expand new and existing coffee systems. You will strengthen existing partnerships and actively identify new business potential. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective implementation in the market. What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: Business administration, marketing, sales, or comparable qualification Professional experience: Several years of in-depth experience in the FMCG environment with a focus on retail Hands-on mentality, high degree of self-responsibility, and strength in stakeholder management and implementation. Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Strong category competence, in-depth understanding of shelf visibility, pricing, promotions, and ideally Private Label experience.
