Your tasks Support for the Managing Director and working groups at the Board of Directors level Getting to know the processes through operational cooperation in the various departments of Markthalle Luzern (purchasing, sales, possibly kitchen) Participation in strategic projects and their implementation Visits to producers and co-shaping the future assortment What you bring with you Degree from a hotel management school or university degree Enthusiasm for food and entrepreneurship Structured, independent, and pragmatic way of working Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and also helping out operationally High service orientation Strong communication skills and high willingness to learn Your perspective You will help build our new location in Zug from the very beginning and get to know all areas of our company.
