Requirements Profile ## • You are a dipl. nursing specialist of the tertiary level and have at least 1 year of professional experience in the psychiatric field, advantageous in acute psychiatry • You have good powers of observation and perception, are conscientious and gladly take responsibility • You are able to empathize with patients and bring a high level of social competence • You are a personality with a high service mentality • You are willing to let your specialist knowledge flow into various institutions Tasks ## • You ensure professional care and support • Basic and treatment care according to internal guidelines and standards • You support the responsible caregivers and doctors • You perform day and night shifts according to scheduling / planning is done simultaneously with internal planning in the clinic • There is a minimum workload (60-80%) - workload agreements can be transferred to an annual working time after a 3-month trial period Based on your qualifications and acquired professional experience, we can offer you various deployment options.
