To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Administrator: Asylum Affairs (100 %) Your tasks You will process administrative tasks in the field of asylum affairs independently You will clarify, calculate and determine social benefits according to legal requirements You will conduct correspondence with authorities, institutions and other stakeholders You will create reports, decisions and other case-related documents You will advise and support asylum-seeking persons on administrative and social issues You will coordinate appointments, applications and administrative processes You will work closely with our migration assistants and specialists You will ensure high-quality and legally compliant case processing What you bring Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Experience in asylum affairs, social welfare or public administration is an advantage Knowledge of the legal basis in asylum and social welfare law is desirable Good IT user skills, ideally experience with KLIBnet Independent, structured and reliable working method High social competence and enjoyment of contact with people of different origins Stress tolerance, team spirit and assertiveness Very good German language skills in writing and speaking Our offer A varied and meaningful activity with social relevance High independence and personal responsibility A committed, collegial and humorous team Modern infrastructure and contemporary working conditions Opportunities for further education and development Employment according to GAV Region Basel Why Convalere?
