Head of Occupational Safety and Environment (m/f) 80–100 % Your working day In this key position, directly subordinate to the management, you take over the overall responsibility for the three central topic areas of occupational safety & health protection, environment & energy, as well as project management & project leadership. You ensure that legal requirements, internal standards, and entrepreneurial goals are not only met, but effectively translated into the organization and sustainably anchored. In the area of occupational safety and health protection, you develop existing systems further, carry out risk analyses, audits, and inspections, train employees, and strengthen the safety culture throughout the company. At the same time, you are responsible for the topics of environment and energy, monitor relevant processes, ensure the necessary compliance, and initiate targeted optimization and efficiency measures. Furthermore, you lead and control projects in the areas of safety, environment, and energy - from conception to implementation to reporting to management and the group. You coordinate internal and external interfaces, bring about improvements, and ensure that change processes are professionally accompanied and successfully implemented.
