Your Tasks ###
• Take an active role in technical sales, supporting the global sales organization in value-based selling, solution definition, and technical-commercial clarification in complex customer-specific automation and system projects
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated spinning mill
• Identify market trends and customer requirements and translate them into competitive automation solutions
• Conduct and maintain market and competitor analyses to support portfolio and investment decisions
• Act as Product Owner (PLM) for automation products, engineered solutions, spare parts, and repair offerings across the full lifecycle
• Ensure close collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver customer-focused solutions
Your Qualifications ###
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, product management, or solution engineering for automation systems (e.g. AGVs, cobots, palletizing solutions)
• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Willingness for global travel
• Openess to other cultures
• Fluent in English and German
