We are commissioned to appoint an entrepreneurially thinking and analytically strong personality as Head of Accounting 100 % In this key position, you take over the financial overall responsibility for Aula AG as well as for Enikon Immobilien AG and actively contribute to the further development of the company group. You lead the finance and accounting department and are responsible for controlling, reporting, as well as financial, liquidity and investment planning. Additionally, you prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and are responsible for VAT, payroll and tax matters. As a sparring partner of the CEO, you develop analyses, forecasts and decision-making bases, maintain bank relationships and are responsible for central topics in the areas of finance, IT and HR. In the long term, there is the possibility to join the management board of Aula AG. You have a higher commercial education or equivalent further training in finance and accounting, as well as several years of experience in a comparable function. Balance sheet security according to OR is required. Ideally, you have knowledge in the construction, real estate or trust environment, as well as a secure handling of banks and financing partners. Knowledge in VAT, payroll and tax administration complement your profile.
