Team Leader, Electrical Engineering - Study Office - 80/100% YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Within our study office, you will play a key role in the design, management and success of major electrical projects, both for public and private clients. You will work on varied projects, ranging from complex projects to more targeted mandates, with real technical autonomy. · Imagine, design and supervise ambitious and innovative electrical projects for building technology. · Monitor projects related to the development and renovation of MT/BT electrical networks and public lighting. · Ensure technical and financial monitoring of your mandates, with a global and responsible vision. · Coordinate work with companies and ensure the quality of execution. · Advise Clients and architects to define the most relevant technical solutions. · Ensure technological monitoring to integrate the best practices and innovations in the sector. · Lead, manage and support a small team of project managers and planners, effectively distributing tasks. · Monitor and provide key indicators concerning the team's activities. · Participate in the technical and organizational development of the study office. YOUR PROFILE Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. · Basic training completed with postgraduate training in project management. · 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects. · Experience in electrical design of buildings of the habitat or industrial type, as well as in electrical networks. · Mastery of financial management of projects and computer and office tools. · Customer-oriented, relational ease and excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills. · Decision-making and leadership abilities. · Mastery of AutoCAD. · Knowledge of Revit: a valued asset.
