The Jugenddorf in Knutwil, in the Kanton Luzern is a social pedagogical institution, which implements civil and criminal law measures for strongly behaviorally disturbed male juveniles and young adults between 14 and 25 years. Employees of the Jugenddorf accompany the juveniles on the way to a self-responsible life. To complement our team, we are looking for immediately or by agreement Social Pedagogue 70% - 90% Your tasks • Leading and accompanying 8 to 9 juveniles in coping with everyday life • Case management • Experiential design of leisure time • Interdisciplinary collaboration • Systemic parent work • Irregular working hours incl. night shift and one weekend shift per month What you bring • Diploma in Social Pedagogy or equivalent education • Experience with behaviorally disturbed juveniles • Resilient and established personality • Systemic further education or willingness to complete such education • Networked way of thinking • Good verbal and written expression • Driver's license cat.
