As of mid-September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you for our daycare center kids & co Müntschemier as Daycare Center Manager 60 % - with option for additional 20-40 % as a pedagogical specialist   Have you already gained initial leadership experience and would like to lead and further develop a motivated team? Do you love empowering your team so that children are mindfully accompanied and supported in their development and feel safe and secure? Our daycare center offers supplementary family childcare for children from the fourth month of life until entering kindergarten. Care is provided in two mixed-age groups in a professional, appreciative and development-oriented environment. Your tasks with us You will take over the pedagogical, personnel and organizational management of the daycare center and bear the overall responsibility for a professional and stable operation. As Daycare Center Manager, you lead your team in an appreciative, clear and binding manner. You act according to our pedagogical concept and exemplify the attitude in everyday life. You work closely with the regional operations management, which accompanies you in strategic, organizational and economic questions. What characterizes you You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ Kinder (Childcare Specialist EFZ) or have an equivalently recognized qualification and bring sound practical experience in the daycare sector. You have a leadership qualification or leadership experience or experience in a deputy management function. You have good IT user knowledge and work in a structured and experienced manner in administrative tasks. You like to take responsibility, think entrepreneurially and enjoy the further development of an organization. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and communicate confidently and professionally. Humor, reliability and resilience round off your profile.
