As part of the strengthening of our teams, we are looking for a Network Engineer Missions : • As a leader on network and security projects for our clients, you manage and coordinate deployment projects for network solutions and architectures (installation and configuration of switches, and routers, firewalls, reverse proxy...) • You support the teams in charge of maintaining the operational conditions of network/security bases (transfer of skills, assistance & support in case of complex incidents or following an incident resulting from a production release carried out by the project) • You support sales staff in the field during pre-sales phases and as an advisor in the network and security architecture of our clients • You intervene in the audit phase and in report writing • You are responsible for securing the IT infrastructure of our clients / within the framework of your projects • You participate in remote customer support • You participate in the updating of technical documents and other procedures • You ensure technological monitoring • You will be based in Ecublens and you will have to travel to clients throughout French-speaking Switzerland, depending on the projects. *Technological environment*: \- Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, HPE/Aruba, Ruckus Switches \- Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls \- Sophos, Cisco, Aruba Wifi \- Sophos Intercept-X, phish threat \- Antispam: Sophos, Cisco \- F5 Profile sought : • Engineer training oriented towards networks or equivalent (Master, HES Bachelor or equivalent) • You have a confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a service company as a network engineer • You have solid skills and knowledge of network hardware: switches, routers, firewalls • You are rigorous, organized and demonstrate autonomy • You have an exceptional sense of customer service and possess very good interpersonal skills • You are dynamic, you have the ability to gain the trust of our clients • You speak French and you have a good level of English both orally and in writing • Driving license mandatory *Specific conditions related to the position:* • Possibility of production releases in the evening or on weekends • On-call service Why apply? • Development of project management skills • A dynamic and committed team • Great opportunities for professional development and continuous training • Pleasant, modern and convivial premises • A lively corporate life with regular internal events • Possibility of teleworking, maximum two days per week.
