For our Tagesbetreuung T65+ we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an engaged and empathetic Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 80-100% (m/w/d), Tagesbetreuung Egliseeholz (T65+), working hours from Monday to Friday - without weekend services Do you desire regular working hours from Monday to Friday and want to contribute your professional expertise in a meaningful daily structure? The following tasks await you: • Professional nursing and psychosocial care of our psychologically impaired day guests. • Individual accompaniment and support in the daily routine. • Building and maintaining sustainable, appreciative relationships. • Recognizing and assessing psychological and health changes. • Professional handling of challenging situations and crises. • Promotion of existing resources and independence. • Design and accompaniment of activities and daily structures. • Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists and other professionals. • Professional documentation and ensuring quality of care. • Active participation in the further development of the Tagesbetreuung T65 Plus. What you bring with you: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF. • Experience in dealing with people with psychological impairments is an advantage. • Interest and understanding of psychiatric and psychosocial issues. • High social and professional competence as well as strong communication skills. • Empathic, patient and appreciative attitude. • Confident and calm appearance even in challenging situations. • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working. • Joy in working in an interprofessional team. • Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
