We are looking for a committed, team-oriented and resilient leader for the second co-team leadership IV-Rente disability pension immediately or by agreement. • You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of a team of 15 specialists (disability pension claim examination, self-employed, agriculture). • You coach your employees, ensure their development and create a motivating work climate. • You ensure a smooth case processing together with your team and take on your own dossiers on a punctual basis. • You coordinate, organize and review upcoming tasks and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. • You have solid professional experience in the benefits area of a social insurance company and corresponding higher professional training. • You can provide proof of success in the area of leadership or are willing to undergo further training. • You have a goal-oriented leadership style and you consider engagement, a positive attitude and respectful interaction important, which you also demonstrate yourself. • You are a decision-making person with organizational skills and you know how to set the right priorities.
