Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Accompany members of management to meetings with external partners • Keep minutes of meetings and manage the monitoring of pending tasks • Assist in the preparation of political affairs intended for the Federal Council, Parliament, the department and management, ensuring the quality of documents and their suitability for the target audience • Support the organization of international conferences in Switzerland as well as preparations related to Switzerland's participation in international negotiations in the field of environmental policy • Participate in the elaboration of reports and decision-making bases in the field of science policy (climate, biodiversity, pollution) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution in political, social or human sciences • Experience and great ease in writing • Good knowledge of Switzerland's political processes, experience in administration and a strong interest in the federal level, particularly environmental policy • Independent, resilient and flexible personality who enjoys working within a small team • Active knowledge of at least two official languages as well as English and, ideally, passive knowledge of a third official language. <br /> In a few words Participate in the implementation of Swiss environmental policy using your knowledge of political processes and your writing skills.
