Controller (m/f/d) (external ID: 79682) Work location: Fläsch Start date: 29.07.2026 Department: Cleaning Your tasks • Coordination and monitoring of work assignments as well as cleaning processes • Carrying out regular cleaning inspections and, if necessary, assisting with cleaning • Receiving customer complaints and their timely resolution • Checking compliance with specified hours and monitoring as well as distribution of consumables • Monitoring occupational safety on site • Personnel administrative tasks • Support in the recruitment of employees as well as temporary staff for holiday replacements • Responsibility for machines, devices and cleaning rooms • Participation in internal training events Your profile • Completed technical or manual training • Further training as a building cleaner EFZ or in housekeeping is an advantage • Professional experience in the FM, building cleaning, or housekeeping industry • Proficient German in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Flawless reputation and debt collection register extract • Driver's license Cat.
