Motivated young entrepreneur, for administration, allrounder, assistant to management. Areas of responsibility: • Working with the order processing system COMATIC. • Preparation and further processing of offers, order processing, assistance with accounting accounts receivable / accounts payable, PR & marketing, purchasing, negotiations with active customer and supplier contact. • Active committed assistance in the development/further development of future business strategies and fields of activity. • Co-design of international trade fairs, industry meetings, and specialist conferences, organization of customer events and customer loyalty programs. • Organization and active maintenance of social media, further development of web presence. Qualifications: We do not necessarily value hundreds of diplomas and certificates. Much more important is the personality that shows authenticity and conviction regarding the company's own products and services and the excellent communication skills in German, English, if possible French and Italian, ideally in spoken and written form.
