As a Concierge & Cleaning Supervisor at ISS, you will lead female and male employees, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction. What awaits you Establishment of schedules, intervention planning and coordination of cleaning agents' tours Conducting rounds and internal audits to ensure compliance with the specifications and cleanliness standards Organization and supervision of specific services (carpet shampooing, high-level window cleaning, floor stripping) Direct intervention on the field to compensate for absences or manage operational emergencies Integration, training in safety protocols and support for new employees Daily or weekly briefings, transmission of instructions and staff motivation Management of small works and coordination of subcontractor interventions Follow-up of complaints and client requests. Validation of working hours, management of absences, holidays and follow-up of annual interviews Inventory and ordering of cleaning products, equipment and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) Verification of the state of the machine fleet (scrubber dryers, vacuum cleaners) and organization of repairs Follow-up of satisfaction, collection of grievances and adjustment of services directly with the client Control of costs related to products and labor to respect the budgets allocated by unit Transmission of elements to ensure billing in accordance with the services delivered Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental procedures in force at ISS Control of the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the adequate use of chemical products Supervision and training of new employees What you bring CFC in the cleaning sector (cleaning agent, facility agent or equivalent), an asset Continuous training in the cleaning field Confirmed experience in team management 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in the maintenance activity Good mastery of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an asset) Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) Driver's license, clean criminal record Sense of service, good organization and communication Autonomous, proactive, organized Ready for us?
