We are looking for a positively minded personality as an experienced, responsible and conscientious Head of Financial Accounting ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of the financial accounting in cooperation with a small team • Overall responsibility for the main, subsidiary as well as real estate accounting • Preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR as well as periodic closings • Support in liquidity planning • Ensuring the correct settlement of HNK settlements • Analysis and optimization of existing workflows as well as development of efficient and transparent processes • Further development of the financial processes and systems used • Implementation, maintenance and further development of the internal control system (IKS) • Central contact person for auditing, banks, authorities and internal stakeholders Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training with further training to federal diploma of higher education in finance and accounting or expert in financial reporting and controlling • Several years of experience in leading a financial accounting department, ideally in a real estate environment • Very good knowledge of accounting according to OR as well as certainty in closing • Structured, independent and reliable way of working • Enjoyment of responsibility, process design and continuous improvement • Experience in dealing with ERP systems, Abacus an advantage • German as a mother tongue Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a collegial and interesting environment with attractive employment conditions.
