You ensure a seamless, clean handover so that the day shift can start relaxed. You offer your new employer: A completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist (HF, FH, DN II, AKP) or a corresponding SRK recognition. You already bring the necessary equipment for the certified night shift in long-term care - you only flourish when it's dark outside. You are used to bearing technical responsibility in the night independently and conscientiously.
