Metrology Engineer

## For our team in the R&D Metrology & Testing department, we are looking for a technically skilled and analytically thinking personality as an important link between R&D and production in the role of Process Engineer Metrology. Your tasks ## • Responsibility for several test/measuring devices in wafer fabrication, incl. problem analysis and error correction and their 2nd level support • Specification, evaluation, procurement, setup and qualification of new equipment and operating resources • Data analysis, statistical evaluation and preparation for various stakeholders • Development of new measurement/test methods, recipes and parameters and transfer of new processes into production • Contribution to Q-documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, process flows, etc.) • Procurement, testing and development of data processing software in production • Operator training as well as monitoring of correct working methods and adherence to safety regulations Your profile ## • M.Sc. in Microtechnology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics • Experience with manufacturing and/or measurement processes in the semiconductor industry • Experience working in clean rooms and/or under laboratory conditions • very good German and English skills • solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and assertive personality with an analytical and structured approach to work What to expect ## • exciting tasks in a leading international high-tech company near Luzern • fantastic infrastructure and first-class office environment with a mountain view • brand new clean room and new equipment • small company with the opportunity to shape and direct the company's fortunes • wide range of tasks and responsibilities and collaboration with great professionals • attractive further training opportunities and a variety of employee benefits
