Your Role You take over the coordination and management of several software projects of small and medium size and complexity, in which you work in a structured and independent manner and consistently apply our internal processes. You do not mind juggling several topics in parallel when a few customers suddenly become active at the same time; you do not need development experience, but you feel comfortable coordinating IT topics. You ask the right questions, recognize dependencies, and keep all stakeholders on course. You are the first point of contact for our customers and feel comfortable receiving their inquiries, discussing them with our developers, working out the terms, and selling them to the customer. Your Tasks Project Management & Coordination: Planning, prioritization, and tracking of tasks and milestones across several projects Team Coordination: Close cooperation with your project team; you ensure that communication, resources, and dependencies are managed Customer Communication: Regular exchange with the customer, structured recording of concerns, proactive reporting, and expectation management Offers & Sales: Recording customer inquiries, clarification with the development team, elaboration of terms, and sale to the customer Process Responsibility: Consistent and reflective application of our internal project methodology Escalation & Risk Management: Early detection of problems and independent initiation of countermeasures Interface: Between the development team, internal management, and external stakeholders What You Bring Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an IT or software development environment Basic Technical Understanding: You do not need to be able to code, but you know what a backend is, how app development works, and what developers mean when they talk about tech debt Judgment: You know when our processes must be strictly adhered to and when pragmatic action in the interest of the project and the customer takes precedence Coordination Strength: You maintain an overview of teams, timelines, and dependencies without losing yourself in the details Independent, reliable way of working; you do not need constant guidance, but you know when you have to escalate What Awaits You Direct communication and fast decisions Much scope for design and the assumption of responsibilities Working with current technologies Collegial team with professional expertise Flexible working hours and generous home office regulations Regular team events Collaboration with our developer teams in Ho Chi Minh, Warsaw, and Minsk jpidd6c1bbfjm jit0832jm jiy26jm
