To strengthen our teams, we are looking for additional committed employees Case Manager:in Integration Youth (80-100%) in Burgdorf ## What you can achieve with us · You independently take over the counseling and support of the integration of young people from registration to the completion of the integration process.  · You carefully analyze the initial situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. · You assign integration-effective measures and use your scope of action in a goal-oriented manner.   · You plan, coordinate, and control the cooperation with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical professionals, and authorities. · You support adolescents and young adults in the transition from school to vocational training as well as in entering the working world or maintaining their workplace. In doing so, you initiate appropriate integration measures, use targeted support instruments, and coordinate their implementation. · You are a contact person and trusted person for adolescents, parents, and involved agencies - always empathetic and solution-oriented, actively promoting inter-institutional cooperation and exerting influence for successful integration processes.  Which skills are important to us · You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.  (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management). ·  You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of integration or counseling, or as a career changer at least 5 years of leadership activity in related areas. · You know the education and school system in Switzerland, have a good sense for complex family situations, and bring the corresponding sensitivity. · You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented way, valuing both independent work and exchange within the team. · You enjoy working with young people and present yourself empathetically, clearly, and convincingly, and can provide solution-oriented advice and coaching. · You complete the administrative tasks surrounding case management efficiently and in a structured manner, valuing both independent work and exchange within the team. · We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
