Specialist Advisor for the support of foster families

To complement our team, we are looking for a specialist advisor for foster families. The main tasks are: • Professional management and support of foster families • Assessment of the competencies and needs of children and adolescents who are being taken into a family setting. • Maintaining contact with the social environment of the children and adolescents • Recruitment, selection, and development of future foster families • Advising and supporting authorities and social services • Co-organization of events • Family and parent work • Cooperation with the origin system of the children and adolescents as well as conducting supervised visits • Administration and documentation in the area of foster families • Participation in projects and further development of our offers • Support of babies, children and adolescents who live and grow up in foster families • Cooperation with the referring authorities • Delegated Case Management of the placed babies, children, adolescents and foster families • tipiti, where children and adolescents live and learn, has been developing innovative care and support offers for toddlers, children, adolescents and young adults with special life histories since 1976. You are already familiar with the topic of external placement of children and adolescents. You are resilient and bring a high willingness for self-reflection. In addition, you are prepared to engage with and further train in the methods of biography work, trauma pedagogy, New Authority and Marte Meo. • Your high communication skills and your humor distinguish you. You bring several years of professional experience, are 35 years or older and have experience in the support and upbringing of your own children. You work independently and flexibly in terms of time and are also ready for weekend shifts. Your own car supports your mobility. • We offer you a varied activity in a committed team.
