The legal department of CONCORDIA covers a particularly wide range of activities. It deals with Swiss and Liechtenstein social health insurance law, as well as private insurance law, in particular in the areas of complementary health insurance and life insurance. It is also responsible for all other legal areas of the group (e.g. data protection, labor law, company law, supervisory law and criminal law). The legal department is involved in both advisory and litigation work. Your responsibilities ### • You manage legal cases related to French-speaking Switzerland and are the central contact person for specialized departments for legal issues. • You represent CONCORDIA before social insurance courts, civil and criminal courts, as well as before authorities. • You advise specialized departments in a pragmatic, solution-oriented and practical manner. • You conduct opposition procedures in the field of social insurance. • You draft contracts and revise insurance terms, brochures and forms. • Legal advice as well as participation in projects and working groups at the company level complement your activities. • You provide training to employees in French-speaking Switzerland. • The main working language is French. There is also the possibility of handling files in German, with linguistic support if necessary. • Possibility of partial telecommuting; presence required in Lucerne at least two days a week. Your profile ### • Master's degree in law and Swiss bar exam. • Several years of experience, ideally in insurance, law firm or judiciary. • Excellent command of French. • Very good knowledge of German (level C1). • Autonomy, rigor and practical sense.
